The Stonewall/Mathis Foundation

The mission of the Stonewall/Mathis foundation is to be a business incubator, and to create and help operate small businesses in an economically disadvantaged urban environments, for a period of no longer than two years, or until that business achieves a self sustaining economical stability in the targeted urban area, at a profit to that particular business. Present goals, are to create one to two business, per year as a minimum and to support hiring of a handicap workforce.All budgets will be established prior to beginning operations and demonstrated in daily and weekly reports, and according to an approved business plan.Priority of hiring will be VA physically handicap, generally handicap. This policy will apply to all businesses started by this foundation, because the C.E.O. has a VA disability rating of 100%.
